The 3 p.m. wall just isn’t there anymore

“Three weeks in. What I noticed first wasn’t my numbers — it was the afternoons. I used to hit a wall around 3 p.m. every single day. That wall just isn’t there anymore.”

“I was the biggest skeptic in my book club. I only watched because my husband wouldn’t stop talking about it. The part about the mail-thief metaphor is what got me.”

I was sure this was going to be one of those “miracle” things. Watched the video ready to roll my eyes. Stayed for the Mediterranean part. Still thinking about it.

I get it, I do. But watch the part where he explains WHY a spoonful of olive oil isn’t enough — that’s what made me stop rolling my eyes. The concentration math is the interesting part.
